How can we reshape our systems so neurodivergent people can thrive in their own ways?
I'm a neurodiversity researcher, strategist, and movement connector.
I call my work Systems Change for Neurodiversity. I come to it as the mother of a neurodivergent child and as a social change practitioner with deep experience helping movements work.
After three decades connecting people, ideas, and movements across the social sector, I now focus specifically on the field of neurodiversity and the work of its advocates and researchers.
My commitment to this work is rooted in social justice.
